Bg bay sarms s4 log (mma)

So my starting stats will be

25 Years Old
195 Lbs
16.5% BF.

I will lift as I mentioned at the beginning of this log, and I will hope to achieve at least 4 morning cardio sessions.
 
What kind of effects can you expect from a cycle of s4?

With good diet, loss in BF and up to 5lb scale gaine over the course of 8 weeks..
 
So i'm starting today. I will be taking .25ml at around 1pm before I go back to work (can't take it at work) I will go to the gym around 4. Then I will take another .25ml around 6pm and have an MMA class around 7 or 8.
 
i'm not really feeling the effects yet, i've been putting .25 into a shot glass with some orange juice, I think i may be losing some sticking to the glass. Tomorrow i'm going to just take it straight, fuck it. Hopefully will have better report for tomorrow.
 
Took N2KTS today a bit after I took my sarms. the N2KTS gave me great energy for my workout but I found my strength/endurance increased a lot. A LOT, and it's only like day 3 for me. I feel good, not sure if ts the N2KTS OR the Sarms. Or both maybe. im currently working my way back into Bench press after quite some time off from it(shoulder issues) , i put up 225X5 today with a spot which is quite a bit for me, The spotter said he barely did anything and I felt so strong lifting it up, looking forward to tomorrow

will post back tonght or tomorrow after mma class to see if any difference in endurance or aggression. took sarms at 11:30 and will take again around 5 or 6 (class at 8)
 
Strength and Endurance def increasing, Endurance more than anything. I'm sweating a big more than usual but maybe because I am working harder, not sure. I do feel good though and in my mma class I feel strong and have improved endurance.
 
Thats a sign it is working bro :D
Effects get better by the day hehe
 
Did some grappling last night, def felt a bit more endurance and strength, I haven't noticed any sides yet which is good. feeling fine though. Doing some sparring tonight so i'll have more tomorrow
