Best way to take flaxseed oil?

Well as the title asks.. how do you take your flaxseed oil?


I bought it a while ago when i started, and tried it just as is from a spoon,
nearly vomitted it back up all over the kitchen..


So i tried it in my shake, still doesnt mix up too well.. and all i can end up
tasting is the flaxseed oil, and it ends up feeling like im drinking 200ml's of the
horrid tasting oil... lol


I tried it in cap form, but its not as concentrated as the oil itself... so does anyone have
a good way i can take it, with killing the taste?

switch to :

raw organic nuts
unrefined organic coconut oil

although flaxseed is perfectly healthy, there is no reason to fuss with it if you don't like it
