I like to do isolation exercises for biceps like slow and lots of negatives, works for me

I will admit I do curls for my biceps
Biceps are only 1/3 of your arm. Train triceps too
same weight pulling is needed your biceps and your triceps . hit hard
If you check out my Instagram you'll see me doing hammer curls with 80kg (176lbs) a hand. I've done the 100's (220lbs).
Curls will do the job, keep adding weights
It won't happen overnight but you need to train with variety. Sure, do your different curls but don't forget about pull ups and compound movements as well.
