Best Suppliment???

Right now here is what I do weekly:
Monday: Arms
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: Shoulders
Thrusday: Legs
Friday: Chest

(abs cardio is thrown in there too a few times a week)

I watch what I eat, meaning I eat a lot of protein and monitor the amount of carbs. (not on a low carb diet or anything though)

I want to know what is the suppliment I should take to get big and strong. (I really only want to take one extra thing) So what do you recomend??? :)

Nothing to redicolously costly though... and no drugs either.

PS If you recomend something I would appreciate some info on it too. Side effects, what doctors say, what other bodybuilders say, the good, tha bad... etc. Thanks.

Water, Food, Protein, MutliVitamin, Glutamine, Creatine in that order. Everything else is bullshit. ECA is good if your cutting.

Protein is only thing that you might want to supplement with. Glutamine and creatine will help too but the protein is paramount. You should be taking a multi-vitamin daily...although I don't really consider that a "supplement."

I tend to prefer blended protein supplements for their sustained release qualities. Anything from Met-Rx is good, Optimum Nutrition makes a great blended protein powder with Pro Complex and I've heard ProBlend 55 is good also.

You need to find you a good protien suppliment.
There are 100's of them out there, although I
would stay away from smaller companies, unless
you know something about those personally or
know somebody that does. Just because of
quality issues.

Right now I'm using the "ULTRAMET" shakes
made by Champion Nutrition. They're some of the best tasting shakes I have tried.

Your best bet would be to try several, and find
one you like.

Screw all those protein drinks. Get your protein from food. The best supplement for strength and mass is Nortesten, followed by creatine. You'll see results! Everything else is just window dressing.

Of course, the majority of his protein should be coming from real-food sources. Honestly though, do you know how difficult it can be to chow down 200 - 300 grams of quality protein from whole food sources daily?

There's nothing wrong with protein supplementation. Just remember that it's only that...supplementation.
