I was curious which you guys preferred doing. I have been working a lot on my chest and find dumbbells more effective for the chest then the barbell bench press. Should I be doing both anyway ?
I prefer barbell, because I'm into the whole powerlifting scene. Dumbells will trigger more muscle fibers and stabilizers for sure, though. That all said, don't pick one or the other. Do both.
I have always stuck to all of the above plus hammer strength too for chest.. but in the end it will boil down to genetics how good results you get. my chest blew up like crazy as a teenager thanks to good genetics
