belly after twins

Having a baby stretches your abdominal skin just imagine having two lol, yeap, I had twins 4 moths ago. Hanging skyn and stretch marks didn't disappear after working out and using fat burners, I need an advice on this guys, should I keep trying after 4 months of failure, or just get surgery, thank you.

You just had 2 twins 4 months ago! Be patient.

It will go away with time. The fat stored in the abdominals and lower back is generally the 'stubborn body fat' area for men and women. It'll be the last place to get lean. You are going to get lean in your arms, back, and legs before your mid section. That's always how it is.

The key with ab training is that you want to train them with high repetitions. Heavy weight builds muscle which is the goal for most body parts but with abdominals, the goal is to tighten and tone the midsection rather then build the muscles. For abdominals, you want to train in the 10-30 rep range.

I post my daily workouts in this thread here: https://www.elitefitness.com/forum/anabolic-steroids/muskate-s-daily-workouts-log-1486295.html

You can use the ab workouts I have posted as a template for your own workouts. Men and women should train abs the same way.

Part of the problem that women have with loosing fat in their midsection is their naturally high estrogen levels. You could try using a good natural fat loss supplement like lipofit from n2bm.com. Lipofit has natural anti-estrogen ingredients to help liberate fat in stubborn estrogenic areas like the stomach and lower back.

Your problem here is not the skin, but rather inappropriate expectations. 4 months are too few to get your skin recovered after such a stress, so give it more time. Coconut oil is very very good for stretch marks, so you may as well use it. If you breastfeed your twins, it is not a good idea to take those stimulant based fat burners, or anything that has potent stimulants in it, since this may pass on to your kids.

Stretch marks will most likely not disappear. The only way is to prevent them with special oil treatment, but once they are there, they are most likely to stay.

As for loose skin, it can tighten up when u get leaner

I would give the skin time to tighten back up but the stretch marks will not go away. There are some creams that can reduce how visible they are though.
