Been reading a few threads over the last months and have finally decided to ask for help!
I've always been into keeping fit. But in the last few months have started to educate myself. I'm 27, 5'8 and 68kgs. I've lost of few kgs lately and my boyfriend has got me into weights. I'm really seeing some definition and it's great. My diet is pretty good but I work shifts and nights so it's often inconsistent.
I had my BF measured for the first time today and it's 27 which is what I expected ( and feared!) but my VF is 2 which is great apparently?!!
So what I would love is to drop body fat and get a little more ripped if that the right terminology!
Can anyone give me any advice about supplements to drop BF? There seems to be so much out there and my mind is being swamped with all the info!
Talk to me in laymans terms as I'm a complete novice to all this!
