Here are some before and after pics of me
First heres some info
-I started training at 112lbs, horrible diet
-Got to 120 with a horrible routine, not working legs...eating more junk food, not enough good food...looking for the "magical suppliment"
-Got to 140 eating a lot better 5 meals a day clean foods and cornholios oldschool program, doing squats and deads now.
- PMed bfold and got a motivational slap via PM that basically said to start eating. Eating MORE, heavy compound lifts...then started training westside for a while. Bfold helps me with any questions and gives me even more motivation once i find out he was a skinny dude at one point.
-16 years old, still eating, training with a westside hybrid...i dunno if you can even call it westside anymore...its working nicely though. up to 175 , maybe a little more. Gonna try needsize's routine maybe for a little while to hopefully get a little bigger.
I dunno what my bodyfat is...its not THAT bad. I just care about strength\size. Size is comming along nicely and strength is being worked on. But a great man once said that mass is easily obtained but strength takes years to get.
