Been out of the game for a bit need some advice

Well fellas i had fallen way off the wagon and was addicted to benzos about 30 a day..Ya no joke actually od once..But I got my self clean now and want to start back up.for the tim being all i have to work with is some deca which Im going to run at a low dose (Ive never had a problem with deca Dic So Not Concerned) but I only have a free weight bench in my home for working out and Im just a little concerned that with only the bench and free weights and bar that I will not be able to get back to where I was...Also since its been about 6 months since I lifted a weight should i take it slow IE..2days for the first week and move up or just go right into a different body part everyday..All the advice u guys got is appreciated thanks..
 
If I ever fell out of my routine and felt the need to ease myself back in I would start with 4 days a week. A full body workout each day sticking to compound exercises and the big movements. Do this for my first week or first and second depending on how I felt then jumped back into my usual split routine 3/4 day split.

Im guesing youl be running test with your deca?
 
Suprisingly no Test I know i know it goes totaly against what is usually told and what I tell newbies but I've had a bottle of 300mg ml saved for a while and being laid off as ive been im rolling with this.And i relize ill be told to wait to get test.bt ive ran Deca only cyles of up to 300mg a week with very good results in the past and this time Im only going to be doing close to 200mg a week to get back into it and than probably going to dry and grab some good old Winny and test for my summer cycle before I take a break not the norm but has worked very well for me in the past
 
Yeah personaly would never run deca alone. Your choice tho and im sure your experienced enough to make it wisely

Ive never had the best of diciplin with my home gym. Too much distractions for me lol. If im in the gym its total business and if you wanna talk to me you can wait.
Think if it was me Id need tog et back to a gym bro.

If the home gym is where your going tho the only problem mixing it up I have ever had is getting more variety for my back and legs.

I'd get "back into it" without the AAS. Gotta get everything else lined up before you do the gear or it won't do squat for you.

Taking AAS is like having a 1000hp engine in your race car compared to having an 800hp engine in your race car. You have to have good tires, good suspension, and be a good driver - and then the extra 200hp helps you win the race by a couple car lengths. It's not a magic pill that turns a bad diet into a good one, and a bad routine into a good one. If you are going to put exogenous substances into your body, make the most of them by having everything else top notch.

i agree to start off training w/o gear for a while ... you should still see really good gains since you haven't been training in a while..... muscle memory really helps get you back into shape! after a while some "supplementation" could be used to break through a plateau... :)

Yeah, I know, so I edited it. Wasn't trying to offend. But even the best of us do need to be reminded because it's easy to fall into that "it's just like riding a bike, just hop back on". Anyway, meant no offense and it's been edited.
 
i wouldnt run the gear yet. i would get back naturally with food and training only. then add the sups, then the gear later. theres plenty o stuf you can do at home you just have to be creative. since you have some free weights you should be fine. try to figure out a place to do chins.
 
I hear you all on waiting on running the gear and probably will for about a week lol...Its been like 6 months but still not to bad off and I mean its not my first picnic...Got more cycles under m belt than I can count Ive experimented fucked up and fucked up again in my time around so I have a pretty good understanding what works well and not well for myself.And a low dose of deca has always been a good boost to start back up with my main concern is only haveing the weights in the house to use at this time due to money situation but either way I do appreciate all you guys responding.And its funny because most pf what your saying about the gear is exactlky the politicaly correct answer Id gie a newbie....But Newbie Im not..But still appreciated
