Well fellas i had fallen way off the wagon and was addicted to benzos about 30 a day..Ya no joke actually od once..But I got my self clean now and want to start back up.for the tim being all i have to work with is some deca which Im going to run at a low dose (Ive never had a problem with deca Dic So Not Concerned) but I only have a free weight bench in my home for working out and Im just a little concerned that with only the bench and free weights and bar that I will not be able to get back to where I was...Also since its been about 6 months since I lifted a weight should i take it slow IE..2days for the first week and move up or just go right into a different body part everyday..All the advice u guys got is appreciated thanks..
