beef or chicken?

Hello
At my favorite restaurant, I always eat satay chicken. Last time when I checked the menu, I noticed that they also have the same plate with beef, is there one better than the other? I need to cut down the fat a little.

The meal is server with rice and veggies.

note: I try to stay away from restaurants but I do have to go from time to time.

Chicken is always better than beef. It's leaner and healthier.

I disagree here. Lean red meat is the way to go if you are trying to put on size and strength. I will take red meat over chicken any day.

OP, if you are trying to lose fat I would stay away from that dish. If you just HAVE to have it go with the chicken. Mixing fattier cuts of meat like fast food beef with such a high glycemic load (white rice) is asking for fat gain.
 
i eat beef all day long at least 3 times. if the dish you are getting looks like that and you are trying to lose fat i would cut the white rice. i think beef is the absolute best thing you can eat if you want to bulk fuck all those fish and no carbs after 7:pm diets. unless of course you are getting ready for comp.

A good lean cut of filet mignion or somthing is a true warriors meal. Chicken on the other hand is just a filler considering I have to drink water to make it go down
