Bands - Monster mini vs Mini

Am I right to assume the Monster Mini is stronger than the mini bands?

Would a Monster Mini be a luxury if I had Minis and , Lights and Mediums?

Hey Cool, where have you found these at? I looked for them a few months ago when I first heard about the Monster Minis but never found them for sale.

Ok I found out they're in between the Minis and Lights in tension. I ordered a pair - they will work well for overhead presses. I found lights too heavy for that due to the long range of motion

In my opinion the Monster mini is a lot stronger than the mini and only a little lighter than the light bands. On speed benching I will use the mini with 2 turns on each side. If I use the monster mini, without any turns I can only get half of my reps.

hmmm, interesting... Well mine should be here middle of next week so I can give em a try..... I have also use 2 sets of doubled minis before on DE work, and often used doubled light bands on ME Work, so I should be pretty well prepared for the tension level....
