Carb deplete and water load starts today!!
The plan: no carbs (except a lil brocc and flax seed) and drink 2 gal water
11:30: 30 min. cardio on empty
12:30: 6 oz chk, 1 tbsp flax seeds
4:00: 4 oz chk, 1 tbsp flax seeds
6:00: 6 oz chk
7:00: upper body circuit workout + about 15 min posing practice
8:30: 6 oz chk, 1 cup brocc
12:00: 8 oz chk, 1 tbsp flax oil

Carbs.16 (14 fiber)
Fat....30
2 gallons of water.. YEah it is rough to get in for me... I tell you thought if I was told to drink 5 I would somehow get it in... Gotta do whatcha gotta do
