1 Week Away!!!!

9:30: 5 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats
2:30: 5 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup brocc
(had to go too long without eating...about to kill someone :evil: )

6:00: 5 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats

7:00: 30min posing practice

9:30: 5 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats
12:00: 4 oz chk, 1 tsp flax oil

Where did you get your suits. A Figure girl at my gym just got hers yesterday and has the same issue with the coral one. It's beautiful - but pink - and she was wanting the coral color too.

My friend has a really pretty coral 2 piece... More burnt, or dusty shade then peachy... Let me know if you want name/number

I really like the suit too. I need to figure out how to make my boobs stay put though (not that there's much there :) )
What can I use to make them stick? You know... so they don't fall out the side or bottom.

Yes it does really work!! "It Stays" is another kind & I was told that worked best - that's what I used...bought it at a local pharmacy as it's used to glue on toupees, stockings, etc.....

Believe me - you need something cuz at the show I worked I saw someone do the MAJOR stage Faux pas -- she picked her suit out of her butt!! :worried:

The plan: no carbs (except a lil brocc and flax seed) and drink 2 gal water


11:30: 30 min. cardio on empty

12:30: 6 oz chk, 1 tbsp flax seeds
4:00: 4 oz chk, 1 tbsp flax seeds
6:00: 6 oz chk

7:00: upper body circuit workout + about 15 min posing practice

8:30: 6 oz chk, 1 cup brocc
12:00: 8 oz chk, 1 tbsp flax oil

Totals:
Cals...1146
Pro....201
Carbs.16 (14 fiber)

Man I remember the depletion week.. It was tough. Good luck my dear and I hope it works out for you. I peaked 2 days early.....I cant wait to see how it works out for ya!

Water starts to cut in half today...1 gal

10:00: 30 min. cardio on empty.....the last time before show :)

11:00: 4 oz chk, 1 cup brocc (last of the brocc to avoid bloat)
1:30: 4 oz chk
3:30: 6 oz chk
5:30: 8 oz chk
7:30: 8 oz chk
9:30: 4 oz chk

10:00: upper body circuit + 30 min posing

Well, I had my first airbrush session with the protan today. They made me wear undies and this little disposable bra thing. Whatever. I just touched up those areas myself...I think it should be fine. I don't look real dark right now. Will it darken in the next few hours? I have two sessions left with the airbrushing. We'll see how it goes.

I am so feelin this carb depletion.....can't wait until tomorrow. The worst part is I have a calculus test tonight. I'm thinking it may be better for me to take the make-up. :rolleyes:

Are the teachers supportive in your endeavor?
ie: will they give you a lot of static if you do makeup tests?

I'm shooting for around 200g carbs w/ white potatoes about every 2 hours
Only 1/2 gal H2O today


9:30: 4 oz chk, 5 oz white potato
11:30: 4 oz chk, 5 oz potato
1:30: 2 oz chk, 5 oz tato
3:30:2 oz chk, 5 oz tato
6:30: 2 oz chk, 5 oz tato
9:00: 2 oz chk, 5 oz tato

Hey BG! I smell a carb up coming....! Your pix look great - abs look really nice! Proportion, great! HOw are the legs cutting up w/ the deplete?

My only comment is on your front relaxed pose - not sure if you are hitting it hard in your pix or its just a sort of "pix pose" -- but pull your shoulders up - get more emphasis on the points of your shoulders - helps create a stronger "V" shape and less rounding appearance if your "bend point" ends up being in your elbows instead. Even the best delts, if you don't pull them out and really get that shape going, its easy to pass over and notice the lack of "V" more than the delts themselves.

But really love your proportions and can hardly wait to see your show pix!

Sorry...I've been in a food-induced coma for a couple of days. :)

The show was awesome! There were 11 women in my class, and the competition was tough. I didn't place in the top 5, but I had a great time and it was definitley a good experience. I'm so glad I did this, and I do want to compete again.
I'll post pics as soon as I can. There was some problem with the show's photography, and there won't be pics up on the web for a couple weeks. I don't have any digital ones.

On Saturday night I had spinach ravioli and a huge piece of chocolate cheesecake.
Yesterday I had eggs plaka and peanut butter pancakes for breakfast. Then me and my boyfriend went to Cici's pizza last night....I had every kind of pizza imaginable. I was so miserable last night.
I've eaten pretty clean today. I think I'm done with the crazy eating for awhile. I want to try to stay pretty lean through the summer. I may just do the one cheat meal a week thing.
I'm trying to decide if I want to do another show in the fall, or if I should just wait until next year. I'm taking a few days off from the gym, but I want to set some new goals for myself by the end of the week.

Thanks Bunny! I know...I think I looked a little better in the finals. I ate some crap after prejudging that I think really filled my muscles out. I just didn't respond to my carb up plan like I thought I would. It's all a learning process...

Thanks Jens! I learned so much from this diet and competition. I can't wait to try some new things and figure out what my body responds best to.

Well, I had planned to take a week off from training, but I just couldn't stand myself, so I went in last night and did a brutal leg workout.
I'm really going to work on adding to my legs, tightening the glutes, and adding some width to my shoulders.

Although I enjoyed stuffing my face, I'm so ready to eat clean again. I just feel so much better when I'm not eating junk. I'm just going to up my cals and allow some fruit and dairy....probably a cheat once a week.
