Well, I had planned to take a week off from training, but I just couldn't stand myself, so I went in last night and did a brutal leg workout.
I'm really going to work on adding to my legs, tightening the glutes, and adding some width to my shoulders.
Although I enjoyed stuffing my face, I'm so ready to eat clean again. I just feel so much better when I'm not eating junk. I'm just going to up my cals and allow some fruit and dairy....probably a cheat once a week.
