I Am glad I have a Steam room /Shower in my house along with an 80- gallon Whirlpool tub it don't get much better than that!

Hey RADAR, so I'm so glad you offered me that invite for me to live, train, and eat with you for 3 months all expenses paid. So generous, RADAR.
 
As per RADAR's advice I'm going to start adding some cardio sessions. Probably fasted cardio 3-4x a week to start. See how that will help the fat loss.

I jumped from 253 to 260 since I started pinning. Anyone heard of that fast of water gains? Seems pretty crazy even with 12.5mg liquistane a day. My arms are massive blobs and I've lost all vascularity. Sniffle :(

I'm sure my body will adjust. It's just depressing. One day I'll have to do a prop cycle. I already pin every day or every other day. Once I get lower bf try out the sweet prop/tren/mast combo that seems so awesome.

Legs and Shoulders

10 min elliptical warmup

Let me start by saying.. I don't train legs very hard. 1. My legs are big enough. 2. My knees really suck from high school football injuries. blah blah blah

Squats: (really focused on depth past parallel on the knees, and squeezing the glutes)

Leg Press alternated wide and narrow feet:
1 plate each side x 20

So.. my lower back was super pumped, and I was waddling after this..
Bro this is an awsome leg workout. And proud of you for starting off with just the bar for your squats. I know that can be tuff.
The only thing I would suggest is that you put your Leg press right after your sqauts unless OWL or RADAR set this up for you this way specifically.

Shoulders:

Seated DB Press supersetted with Wide grip upright rows:
30 x 15, 40 x 15
30 x 15, 50 x 15
40 x 15, 60 x 15
40 x 12, 70 x 15
50 x 12, 70 x 15
40 x 12, 70 x 15

Really struggled with the db presses on last set. Felt good n' pumped.

Side Lateral DB Raises:
15 x 15

Wanted to do some rear delt work... but felt exhausted already.

Icing my lower back, and probably soak in the tub tonight with some epsom salt

Good on the epsom salts bro. They actually do absorbe thru the skind and get into the musel.
 
Nope! Zed, if I would have designed it leg press would have come directly after squats as you stated bro. Lol I love leg pressing right after squats!!!!!!

honestly i get a good ammount of water retention within a day or two of my first pin... it does make it a little harder to assess your physique...

honestly i never cared for liquistane... im more of a letro fan, though im going to try without it and just a lot of mast var and winni ;)

I like your idea on the mast. :D I'm a little afraid I'd go bald between mast and winny though. Hehe

Sissy!!! It's just hair. Just think some of the best bodybuilders were bald...small price to pay I would say. Teehee!! :D

Well it's pretty much inevitable for me LG. so I want to enjoy it while I still got it. Once I start getting monkey butt on the back of my head I'll go full blown mast and winny. ;)
