Legs and Shoulders
10 min elliptical warmup
Let me start by saying.. I don't train legs very hard. 1. My legs are big enough. 2. My knees really suck from high school football injuries. blah blah blah
Squats: (really focused on depth past parallel on the knees, and squeezing the glutes)

Leg Press alternated wide and narrow feet:

So.. my lower back was super pumped, and I was waddling after this..
Bro this is an awsome leg workout. And proud of you for starting off with just the bar for your squats. I know that can be tuff.
The only thing I would suggest is that you put your Leg press right after your sqauts unless OWL or RADAR set this up for you this way specifically.
Shoulders:
Seated DB Press supersetted with Wide grip upright rows:

Really struggled with the db presses on last set. Felt good n' pumped.
