^^^ this is a mis-quote, it's actually "the love of money is the root of all evil" :)
This is a quote from the novel "Atlas shrugged" not the full speech as its a couple of pages long, but it gets the point across I think.

"So you think that money is the root of all evil?" said Francisco d'Anconia. "Have you ever asked what is the root of money? Money is a tool of exchange, which can't exist unless there are goods produced and men able to produce them. Money is the material shape of the principle that men who wish to deal with one another must deal by trade and give value for value. Money is not the tool of the moochers, who claim your product by tears, or of the looters, who take it from you by force. Money is made possible only by the men who produce. Is this what you consider evil?"

Defeat is the stepping stone to victory.

Haha. So are you saying add two more to my 6-8 or just referring to the 3 set comment. I'm going to keep upping the weights per set. I really want to struggle on my last sets. I feel pretty beat by them all ready... But I just love the failure feeling. Maybe I'll add a quick dropset to my majors to really blast and pump

I was referring to the 3 sets comment!

Come on down one day Bro we'll Chat and have some Drinks or if you wanna work out ,thats fine also, but be prepaired to say " I've been to hell and back and all i got was this lousy shirt!"

I'm going to agree with CS. The love for money is truly what corrupts people. Having money though is a great resource to do good.. and I know personally not having any prohibits me from a lot of the really cool ideas I've had for community and assisting others in life for a long time now. Frankly I just want enough to do what I love.. Lifting weights, living in mexico, and traveling.

I always say.. it's a lot easier to give when your cups overflowing than when you have nothing in it.

Workout 2/19/12
Legs and Shoulders

10 min elliptical warmup

Let me start by saying.. I don't train legs very hard. 1. My legs are big enough. 2. My knees really suck from high school football injuries. blah blah blah

Squats: (really focused on depth past parallel on the knees, and squeezing the glutes)
Bar x 20
Bar x 20
Bar x 20
Bar x 20
Bar x 20
Bar x 20

SLDL:
135 x 10
135 x 10
135 x 10
135 x 10
135 x 10
135 x 10

Leg Press alternated wide and narrow feet:
1 plate each side x 20
1 plate each side x 20
2 plates x 20
2 plates x 20
3 plates x 20
3 plates x 20

So.. my lower back was super pumped, and I was waddling after this..

Shoulders:

Seated DB Press supersetted with Wide grip upright rows:
30 x 15, 40 x 15
30 x 15, 50 x 15
40 x 15, 60 x 15
40 x 12, 70 x 15
50 x 12, 70 x 15
40 x 12, 70 x 15

Really struggled with the db presses on last set. Felt good n' pumped.

Side Lateral DB Raises:
15 x 15
15 x 15
15 x 15
15 x 15
12 x 15
12 x 15

Wanted to do some rear delt work... but felt exhausted already.

Icing my lower back, and probably soak in the tub tonight with some epsom salt

So I attempted to fit into our tub. I had to alternate my legs and chest back and forth and even when I was fully in on my back the water didn't fully submerse me. Top of my stomach and chest still was above water... Dear lord when I'm a millionaire I'm going to get a nine foot long tub and at least 3 feet deep. I really miss taking a nice bath... Back When I was ten...

Show off! I got the same problem with having a bath and I'm only 6'1" lol... :)

Defeat is the stepping stone to victory.

I Am glad I have a Steam room /Shower in my house along with an 80- gallon Whirlpool tub it don't get much better than that!
