The program that I first posted was a routine I used to follow, until I came upon DC training.

I terms of weights:

I have used as much as 315lbs on barbell rows, 600lbs on partial deadlifts, and 140lb dumbbells for 15 reps on shrugs. These are the heaviest dumbbells in the gym.

With DC training, I am aiming for higher reps, so my weights are a bit lighter.
