hey, so in a month i'll be heading back to school. thus i can't readily have available all day long the normal foods i would eat like cooking up chicken or a can of tuna and etc.

so i am wondering if i can get sum tips and hints for good foods that i can take on the go or premake and take in a lunchbox or something? and how to take protein shakes on the go.

any info would be appreciated, thanks. Also, if it makes a difference, im looking to bulk, not cut.

Boil potatos and put them in the fridge and eat them when u want bring them on the go

as for the protein shake i put the powder in the shaker b4 i leave and either bring a bottle of water or find a drinking fountain and ur good to go

Tuna sandwiches, whenever you have time, cook some chicken breasts and save them for the week so you can do chicken sandwiches. Protein shakes; get a shaker bottle, throw the dry scoop inside. Get an empty water bottle, freeze it the night before and take it with you; by noon the ice should have melted, put some water in the shaker and drink it.

Stay away at all costs from sodas, potato chips, doritos, cheetos and all that garbage. If it is an emergency, the best option is "sun chips"

thanks for the help guys :)

should i avoid french fries? or would they be good for more carbs and calories?
also, ive always used milk for my protein shakes. does water make them harder to get down?
