Hey, I didn't know where else to post this so hopefully it'll be alirght here.
Well anyways, within the last 2 weeks, I've noticed slight pain in my back, mostly my lower back close my pelvis. I didn't pull a muscle or briuse anything, or even do anything out of the ordinary, it just started hurting if say i was bending over for a heavy lift, and went to straighten out. Now it's gotten bad enough that I was trying to sleep last night but kept getting this pain in my back and neck! It's strange because it doesn't hurt while I'm working my back or doing heavy lifts or anything, only when my back is relaxed? wtf???
Only things I could come up with were that I was doing too many crunches that it might be hurting it, or that I've never stretched the muscle down there. Anyone know a stretch for your lower back? Or if you have any ideas, I'd love to hear them
Also, within the last month my forearms started bugging me. It started just with pracher curls, but now it even hurts when I'm lifitng plates and putting them onto the bar or whatever, and ESPECIALLY when curling heavy (with the EZ bar). My forearms are relatively small to the rest of my body, so could it be that my biceps or shoulders or whatever are too strong for my forearms? I've never had shin splints, but the pain I get in my forearms sounds like the same pain as shin splints. It goes away after I'm done lifitng, but during my lift it hurts!! Its not so bad I can't keep lifting, but it fuckin hurts.
