Are Tri only exercises a must for big arms...

If I'm training shoulders and chest once every 5 days, with mainly Barbell and dumbell presses do I still need to throw in Tri only exercises, or should my tris be gettin enough work with these exercises to suffice. Everyone says that the tri's are more important than bis for arm size. I"m curios if tri only exercises are a must.
 
Triceps are what make your arms look big....as they are the largest muscle on your arm.


People who neglect their tris, usually teenage kids, end up looking a little funny.

Definitely... tris are a much more important muscle to build up when going for big arms than bis- most people, especially people who just lift to look pretty, don't realize this.

I read that tris compose 2/3 of arm mass and bis compose 1/3

Totally agree, ever since i've been lifting, always focused more on the tris than bis.. after a few cycles my arms really blew up....even though i think they are my weakest and most least prefer to train. Friends lately have been noticing how big they are. Well, not to me they don't look big, but will take the compliment !!
