Vageta is absolutely right....it doesn't really matter if it's natural peanut butter or Skippy's (I prefer Skippy's)---their nutritional contents are exactly the same, so it's not going to make a difference in a dieting/weight loss department, but if you're healthy-body-conscious then you might want to go organic. I have at least a tablespoon or 2 a day of Skippy's, and I've been dieting for over a month now. I eat the peanut butter to get some fats in since I get waaay too little fat in my diet otherwise. Also, it helps greatly when I need to reach a certain amount of calories as I count and gradually deplete them. The PB is probably my favorite "meal" of the day while dieting!
