my last two bench workous have been killing my lower back. i have a really good arch but it hurts when i do it sometimes (mostly towards the beginning of the workout). it feels like something is crushing but as soon as i do it a few times, i dont feel it much
i remember the last time i went to the chiropractor that a lot of people over-arch after finishing the deadlift. like hyper-extending their lower back. he says this crushes the discs and creates problems
i dont want to keep doing this if its going to cause problems anytime soon
