lol @ 1 gram per lb of bodyweight being a lot. Hell, that's not even trying for me. I doubt it's even maintenance!
agreed. . .i have a shake in the morning (100 grams) and a shake before bed (100 grams) and i eat meat (usually red because i need the fat) two or three other times during the day, mon thru fri. . .sat and sun i'm on a see-food diet
