You better be easy with it or you wont bench for a long time. I have a national meet in Aug and as of right now i cant do a rear delt raise with a 15lb dumbell on my left side. So i am doing what i should...Nothing. For a couple of weeks. Then be easy on it. You do the same.
Been very easy with it for the last few weeks. Am finally up to 315 for 6-8, not what it was but am happy at this point that I can do anything at all. <...knocking on wood...>
