anybody else have a probl with one shoulder bigger then the other??...

I dislocated by right shoulder and broke my humerous in 2 places a year and a half ago. It is definately weeker than my right side, and it definately fatigues before the right side and it gets in pain sometimes during a workout ... but there is not a whole lot of difference in the size. I dont do much uni-lateral training so most of the time both sides get the same wieght and same number of reps. My right side will just have to wait to increase the weight until my left side is good and ready.

this happens to many bb's around the world.
I've been told that the main reason for this is that our heart pumps fresh oxygen into the left part of the body first, which can make the right part lagging. I'm having big problems with this. I'm going to try unilateral training, but that wont help for my uneven abs. The abs on my left side is so much bigger than the right, which actually makes me not wanting to have a visible 6pack. So fu***** frustrating!!!

bigger as in what? longer or wider? do they not line up with the other side?
if this is the case its genetics, or are you talking like a much higher speed bump(peak) to each individual ab? either way not much you can do

yea i know theres nothing much i can do (besides synthol :P )
and yes the left side has more peak to it... and the dont line up too.. what a waste

I havent had a shoulder injury but my left side delt seems to be rounder and fuller than my right side yet im right handed..go figure...ive been trying to do some unilateral training bring it up to snuff

i have symmetry issues too.
it is most noticeable in my delts though. the problem started in high school - threw shotput a year (lefthanded) and that same year hurt my right shoulder. haven't been able to correct it since.

Ever think about throwing shotput right-handed for a year and see if that makes it grow like it did the left? ;)

same problem here

i also had a injury on my left shoulder but since its a blood clot, it actually makes my arm lot biggger and more vascular, when It first happened though my right arm was usualyl twice the size of the left one even without doin any weights

its almost normal now though

I went to college with two twins that were pretty hard lifters. One of 'em his whole left side was smaller. He'd do one arm dumbbell work for every muscle group to try and make up. It looked odd when he pumped up.
