i got me some of the
Max’s Bioengineered WPI - 40g protien w/ milk &
HPLC Protein Bars - 45g protien
and im planning on taking 3 shakes and 1 bar a day
are there any other supplements you would recommend for someone trying to gain muscle/mass?
i will be working out most days at the gym and going on a good diet

If you are trying to gain mass then you should start by trying to eat at least 6 meals a day if not more.Multiply your bodyweight in pounds and times that number by 1.5 to obtain the amount of protein you need to consume. Also times your bodyweight by 2 to get your carbs number.Fats will come naturally from the food you eat.If you are gaining too much fat lower the carbs and if you are not gaining at all raise your carb levels. As for supplements, that is what they exactly are-to supplement your diet not be your whole source of it.I personally believe you are better off with real food anyway.Write up a proposed diet and post it on this website and let others criticise it or make suggestions.

***Also where abouts in Australia are you from?***

flubber... why no chic, tuna, beef, eggs...for protein sources? Real food is better... shakes/bars are good for convenience.

im in adelaide

yeh im taking the protien for conviencience cos i dont thini id about to eat that much food

how about things like creatine, and im sure theres other stuff
so i should go for those also?

Creatine is a good supp for bulking. I'd recommend you start on it. But I agree with the rest of the posts here, 3 shakes and 1 bar is too much. You want to get as much real food in you as possible. Stick to lean meats, chicken, tuna, lean beef and you should be ok.

whats so bad about taking that many suppliments anyway? wouldnt it all just make you bigger? or would it all just turn to fat?

As i stated before supplements are what they mean-they are used to supplement your diet, not to be taken in place of.
