Any Fertility Doctors in the house? I got no swimmers

I can't get in to see a specialist until late febuary but curious if I am doomed to infertility. Strikes against me which I am giving up:
AAS (used for almost a decade, always did PCT in the last 8 years, first 2 I was an uneducated retard, Did one poke of Sust 3 weeks ago but stopped and using HCG both for the PCT and for a added boost)

Chewing Tabacco (over a decade of near daily use)

Mary Jane (15 years of almost daily use but only at night, not a stoner all day long.)

any expierence or advice would be appreciated.

usually hcg followed by clomid brings sperm count into normal range

Sperm production is regulated by FSH. HCG mimics LH and clomid raises LH. This usually is enough to get and FSH response. But HMG mimics FSH and starts sperm production. So if you're going to make babies it's a good thing.
