Antibiotic cause inflammation and injection abscess

Hi guys
I started taking antibiotic augmentin for my bronchitis last saturday and on the same day i shot 250 test e in ventrogluteal but 3 days later the injection site got inflamed and now i could barely walk
Do u guys think the antibiotic is increasing the inflamation? How to treat it? Can i aspirate?

Hey bud the same thing happened to me I call my doctor and explained to him what and he told me it just got an infection in the injection site so is not the antibiotic, it just got infected after the shot probably was one of my unlucky days, antibiotics fight and kills infections,.....call your doctor and if you trust him tell him what u are doing and how what ever u say to him is confidential between Doctor and patience, don't mess with your health I was out of work and couldn't walk for 10 day. Good luck

Oh and he put me on antibiotics and anti inflammatory medication.
