I weight 170lbs, and 6'0'. I was on the bodyforlife program and lost 20lbs, however I never gained any muscle mass. I want to find a program or something to get me started on gaining muscle mass. I saw Anthony Ellis program, and was wondering if I should try his program. The only thing that bothered me about his program is it's mainly for skinny people trying to gain weight. In the past I never had problems gaining weight, so will this be a good program to follow? Are do yall now of any other program that may be better. I could really use some advice. I am kinda at a stopping point, and need to get back on track. Thanks!
