Super Yoke

Tire Flip
550, 650, 1000 pound tires all in a row for 1 flip

Sled Drag...I WILL get good at this!!!!

I came inside and ate a big plate of food and hooked my lower back up to the electrotherapy machine!!!! That thing works wonders.

This is how I set up my bar to do Sumo Pulls with. I am always afraid that I am going to set the bar down on my toes...I think that this helped me to go even wider..
