Costa Rica has gun control, u need to take classes, get a psych eval and then ur permit. Last year some asshole bodyguard security dude was driving like a dick, he cut off an old dude who in return honked his horn, so he got off the car, started an argument and shot the dude.
Doesn't matter if ur american, norwegian, costarican or whatever, if you're a short fuse trigger happy tough guy asshole then shit like this is going to happen. It's a human trait not a nationality trait
