I have MANY videos that MANY Elite members have sent me over the past few months. CCJ, Needsize, Zach, T3C, Hannibal, Spatts, Project, etc...etc...etc...

I would like to devote about 20-30 megs of space towards making a video, picture, and description library that can be used to help EVERYONE to learn.

That is why we are here...to learn...always.

I would like to use this thread to start some ideas from EVERYONE on how we can put this together. I would love to see articles written by everyone with their thoughts on diet, training, how to properly do each exercise...etc...

I'm not looking for how to do a barbell curl or a standing calf raise...but things like: box squat, deadlift variations, high bar squats, OL Lifts, JM press, etc...etc...etc...

Looking for some dieting, bulking, maintaining ideas also. I was sure that we could get some really good ideas from many people on here also...

Anyone interested in being a contributor?

Well, I wouldn't be directly contributing here, but you can use this thread and pool together the info for a good diet for cutting:

Perhaps you could have variations in training routines as well, like the 5x5, higher rep training, targeting the fast/slow twitch fibers, listing the training myths and why they're just that-- myths, explain what's determined by genetics so people don't always ask these things, and maybe just a bunch of training splits so people can refer to it when they wanna try something new. Just some ideas I'm pitchin' at you, B.
 
i don't have any videos or anything, but i can lend my opinion on some things, if my opinions as a teenage novice really matter much to people
 
Dude, don't be so humble. I don't think you're exactly a novice. You've got enough experience with lifting, an injury or two ;) and a good amount of knowledge from these boards to know what's what.

Oh, and dieting. :p

What we can do is acctually rent webspace... $10 a month for 50 megs... or $19 a month for 500...

Everyone can chip in and acctually send videos in.

It would be very helpful.... can make basic videos of how to do exercises to help new people... and to show how to do certain PL and BB lifts properly.

Plus i think i'd be a great way to show off. :D
 
B- you know I'll help however I can. I video most of my workouts, so we can use any of those. Also, I'd be glad to try to put together an article on something....I just dont know what.

Also, I should have some good pics of a nice, homemade (well, kind of) adjustable squat box. :D
