I have MANY videos that MANY Elite members have sent me over the past few months. CCJ, Needsize, Zach, T3C, Hannibal, Spatts, Project, etc...etc...etc...
I would like to devote about 20-30 megs of space towards making a video, picture, and description library that can be used to help EVERYONE to learn.
That is why we are here...to learn...always.
I would like to use this thread to start some ideas from EVERYONE on how we can put this together. I would love to see articles written by everyone with their thoughts on diet, training, how to properly do each exercise...etc...
I'm not looking for how to do a barbell curl or a standing calf raise...but things like: box squat, deadlift variations, high bar squats, OL Lifts, JM press, etc...etc...etc...
Looking for some dieting, bulking, maintaining ideas also. I was sure that we could get some really good ideas from many people on here also...
