All of the above!  I train for health, looks, strength, and while I don't compete in actual competitions, I do enjoy competing with myself.  
I train because it's fun.  To some, the gym is like a torture chamber.  To me, it's like a giant playground.  Training makes me feel like a kid.  (To tell the truth, I feel 
even better than when I was younger!)  
I'm training for old age too.  Our bodies are finely tuned machines meant to work and move, not rust and rot.  I want to be a wild crazy old lady.  I want to die LIVING (like maybe out skydiving), not live DYING (stuck in a nursing home).  
And finally, I train because I can.  And because I 
can, I feel I should.  I've got just one body on loan for this lifetime, so I better take care of it.  I gotta wear it and live in it every day!
