I eat 600 - 700 grams of egg whites a day which is approximately the whites of 15-18 eggs. I hard boil some and eat them in salad, use them in omelettes, shakes, and in baked food. I hardly eat any meat so egg whites, whey isolate, tuna, and cottage cheese are where I get the vast majority of my lean protein. Walmart sells cartons of egg whites relatively cheap.
