am i overtraining?

ok on mondays i work( Bi, Back , abs ) I do about 3 sets( 10, 8 , 6 ) each exercise and about 4 for bi and back and 1 for abs
Total - 5


Wed( Tri, Chest ) 4 exercises 3 sets and same amount of reps from monday.

total - 4


Fri( legs, abs ) 4 exercises(legs ) 1 for abs - 3 sets, same reps

Total - 5


Keep in mind that on Mon and wed I hit the treadmill for about 20 minutes afterwards


intense exercises might i add.
On a Cutting cycle.

I would have to say no as long as you get proper rest and eat right you could if you wanted to raise it up a notch or 2.
 
How long have you been training?

Doesn't seem to me that you are overtraining.

You might even want to target other body parts specifically with a workout of their own...

e.g., shoulders, calves, forearms.....

I would also do some cardio after legs - but keep it lighter than usual....
 
I think the one of the best indicators of overtraining is how you feel; If you are overtraining, I think that you would (probably) know, but you also may not.

If your not growing you need to eat. If your food intake is up to par overtraining is tough. Why do you thinkyour overtraining?
