I would have to say no as long as you get proper rest and eat right you could if you wanted to raise it up a notch or 2.

How long have you been training?

Doesn't seem to me that you are overtraining.

You might even want to target other body parts specifically with a workout of their own...

e.g., shoulders, calves, forearms.....

I would also do some cardio after legs - but keep it lighter than usual....

I think the one of the best indicators of overtraining is how you feel; If you are overtraining, I think that you would (probably) know, but you also may not.

If your not growing you need to eat. If your food intake is up to par overtraining is tough. Why do you thinkyour overtraining?

this question depends on a number of factors. the main thing to ask yourself, is how do you feel? are you tired and lethargic during workouts? is it hard for you to keep intensity during your workouts? do you still feel sore when you are working a bodypart from the last workout...here is a good question: are you getting a pump when you workout? can you feel your chest get pumped when you do bench, for example? remember this training principle:

The Instinctive Principle

The instinctive principle is exactly what you may be thinking it is. It is the technique where you base your exercises on what muscles you feel should be worked that day, and you perform the exercises in the order you feel they will benefit you. This may mean you will perform the same workouts from week to week and only vary the order in which you perform the exercises, or it may mean that you workout your biceps three times in the week, while in the same period of time, take a rest period of 10 days before performing an exercise for your back. The instinctive principle is based on working the muscles which you feel are the freshest and basing your workouts entirely on how you think and feel. The instinctive principle may be a welcome change from
performing your workouts in a specific way, almost as though you have two drill sergeants telling you what to do.

it looks fine no overtraining i can c, are u feeling drowsy and tired or something? even on a cutting diet that routine should be fine just take some glutamine if u want to ensure that your not overtraining that iwllh help
