is it possible to do the "eat big" thing on workout days and run a calorie deficit by low carb/low fat methods on off days? On workout days I hit the gym in the morning, so my muscles would have the rest of the day and the following night to recover, but how severely would I be inhibiting recovery (gains) by cutting carbs the next day?
I've been doing the eating big thing for a few months now and loving the gains I'm making, but starting to put on a little too much chub and want to try cutting back on that while keeping the gains going.
