I was comparing the labels between regular peanut butter and all natural peoanut butter and they seem to be almost the exact same? What is so special about all natty peanut butter?
Depends on the brand, but all natural generally has less added sugars and/or salt. Check the ingredient list - the only thing that should really be there is: peanuts.
my "human nutrition" teacher is a vegetarian and she says she likes "skippy" the best.

i think she may be shocked to find 145g fat 210 g carbs and 279 g protein............eh?
