I just came across this diet the other day by accident, but it seems pretty damn suspect IMO. Basically this diet says we should only eat food that reflects the pH of our blood? I'm sorry, but doesn't the digestive tract break down food so that its pH level roughly matches the pH of our blood? Does anyone know more about this diet?
