Okay so long story short, I have a scheuermann's which causes ones spine to curve. Specifically thoracic kyphosis, lumbar lordosis, and cervical lordosis, so pretty much opposite curves in each part of your spine. Due to this I also have some herniated discs, pinched nerves, ddd, etc. I am in constant severe pain 24/7, and my doc's don't seem to want to give me any "pain killers". I've been to numerous specialists pain sp, rhematologist, surgeons, and no one has offered me any solid advice. My doc. gave me the "okay" to do weight lifting, however I get into the gym for 3-4 days then my muscles become too painful for me to continue to work out. I can work them out with light weight + EXTREMELY STRICT FORM, but once I go to sleep my bad posture takes over again. I've tried deep tissue massages, acupuncture, physio therapy and everything else you can probably thing of. I've been doing lots of reading and am considering taking Deca-Duroblin, as I have read it helps heal your muscles quicker, and it also helps lubricate your joints. I am 20, 180lbs, 5'11. I was hoping it might help with my spinal pain, and all my sore back muscles (you can touch anywhere on my back and that muscle will feel sore to me). I have no interest in "bulking" or "cutting" or getting super strong, I was looking at this from a "healing" point of view.
