how can I shred my abs? I have a good diet, so that isnt a limiting factor. I eat a lot, probably more than I should. here is what I do for abs
hanging leg raises 2x12
hanging leg raises to the side 2x8 each side
decline knee raises 3x8
hyperextensions 2x12
hyperextensions for the 2x8 each side
crunches, well when I feel like doing them 3x15
by the time I am finished with this I am toast and this is with as little rest as possible, 5 deep breaths between each set, and 1 minute between exercises...
