very informative.. but i think you should clarify when you say that abs should be trained every time... i mean that could range from 1-7 workouts a week... but again very informative..
what do you think about weighted excercises.. or do you thing higher reps no weights are better?
i like weighted exercises but i train my abs for functional strength, throwing people around , not just definition.. so what i do might not make the most sense...
