Overall training this week was solid got the job day things are now ramping up and were starting to COOK!!
only issue im having is waking up in the middle of the night (2am more or less) absolute drenched in sweat the sheets are soaking lol...... ( unsure why ideas? hgh? )

Arms & Delts are getting extra attention because they suck..

Bent over dumber rear delt flies 2x15
