Anyone els in here notice their abdominal area kinda bulges out a bit? I have a strong core, not much of a belly or belly fat and while they may not be the best defined abs, they still are defined. The only time I've noticed it disappear is when I wake up in the morning but that's about half the time, the other half it's still there. The days when it's gone though, after my first meal of the day it's there all day, and especially at the end of the day. When I'm flexing my abs it can disappear but often it's still noticeable especially in the upper abdominal area. While most friends of mine who work out and excersize have a flat abdominal area starting from under their pecs, mine kinda bulges out a bit but u can still see my abs. I've heard it may be from eating too quick or too much fiber intake. Anyone els with the same problem? Or info on this?
