Finished a cut running 100mcg t3 a little over a week ago. I was on low cals for my bw
I upped my calories to my new estimated maintenance -10% to account for metabolic slowdown. I haven't gained any weight since I stopped dieting.
My question is: if I was to up my calories by 200-400 would the gear I'm running (test+mast) help with potential muscle/fat gain ratio? I think the answer is obvious but I just had to ask!
