I just started with Ezekiel bread again and I love it!

hello slat1... the bread is good, it curbs my carb cravings later in the evening. light and tasty.. i recommend it:)

ok........ very interesting!! i am at 130.5 pounds today from 127 over 2 weeks ago. i am at 15% bf from 16% bf 4 weeks ago............ so this tells me i have put on some solid muscle, yippee!! my diet is effective and is feeding my muscles accordingly. i am going to keep it the same for the next 4 weeks. i cant fuggin stand the egg whites, so when i eat them i have to "get mad" at them first...

oh, i added 2 fat burners in my 1st meal... its working.

15% is pretty lean. that is my "goal" bodyfat %age! awesome on the muscle gain. try to mix the egg whites with something instead of eating it alone. when i eat egg whites i like to put flavored extract(ex-vanilla extract) in my egg whites with a sweetener(splenda/stevia). mix and cook, its great and there is a variety of flavors you can do.
 
WTG on the muscle weight Clarice!!!!!! I think you're doing wonderful, I am really glad you're sticking to your all natural routine. You are very motivating to us all!

isn't it awesome to see your body change? to know that your commitment to improving the quality of your body is bringing about all these wonderful physical and psychological changes.

the doctor gave me 6 months to live, i told her i couldnt pay the bill.... so she gave me another 6 months.....hee hee
