A twinless twins journey to sanity

today i am cranky....but i have been staying focused with the help of a wonderful book called: THE SECRET, by rhonda byrne. FANTASTIC, FANTASTIC BOOK. it has been out for a couple of years now, so it is old hat, but i use this book to calm myself and gain composure. if you havent heard of it, it is on oprah's book club list and she had the author on her show. i use this paraphrase as my mantra: "When you visualize then you materialize". "The reason visualization is so powerful is because as you create pictures in your mind of seeing yourself with what it is you want, you are generating thoughts and feelings of having it now".... OH MY GAWD... FANTASTIC!!!! that is why it is important to have a picture of what it is you want to guide your thoughts and visualizations!!

GET THE BOOK!!!! it is small and reads only 184 pages.

I had to change my avatar because I was being harrassed for having a hot girl's backside as my avatar (instead of my own I guess...) who really cares what my stupid avatar is :) So no one take offense to it, it was a spin off of a chat thread. LOL

Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh LOL that tattoo sounds different HAHAHAHAHA. I want to see it but I feel funny asking :D

ok girls.... to set the record straight... i didnt really get a tatoo on my buttock... hee hee!!:p

i have been very unmotivated this week. my workouts are WEAK to say the least. i am going to implement a fat burner or L-carn before my workout so that i can have some intensity in my lifts. any ideas would be much appreciated. i am adding more calories too. here is my updated meal plan. doing all this without my twin is very depressing. it makes me realize how truely alone i am in this world. i dont know why i am even doing it. i miss my twin desperately today:(

Because she was bombed, and because I think you would like to read this......I'm posting it for her......

I know you miss your sister and I also understand that feeling of being disconnected and alone in the world, not the same way as you do, but it's still being disconnected and alone.

Why are you doing this?

Silly woman - the answer is BECAUSE YOU DESERVE IT and THAT IS WHAT YOUR SISTER WOULD WANT FOR YOU! Would she want you to be miserable for the rest of your life? Or would she want you to live once you are done mourning her loss?

I know this sounds creepy, but lets say it was your twin that survived you. WHAT WOULD YOU WANT FOR HER?!?!

^^^So whenever you get down about why you even bother remember there is your answer.

You can't always get the strongest, best work-outs every single time. When you get them go woo-hoo and let those workouts carry you through the ones that are just *meh*. Remember for long-term results consistency is key.

Did you look up the info about EFA's and metabolic/brain function on my site? Trust me when I tell you that life with them and without them is literally NIGHT AND DAY.

You said you added more food and are shooting for 1800 cal now. Where were you before? I can't remember. Were you just always hungry, not feeling satisfied? Was your body composition changing at all?

Try to stick with something for at least 3-4 weeks before changing it - just to have an accurate measure on if it's working or not.

i was at 1350 calories a day. i wasnt always hungry, just very weak in the gym. i will stay on this plan for a month then.... thanky!!

i am focused and feeling alot better this week!!! i like the shake at 930pm... it helps me get through the night...
