today i am cranky....but i have been staying focused with the help of a wonderful book called: THE SECRET, by rhonda byrne. FANTASTIC, FANTASTIC BOOK. it has been out for a couple of years now, so it is old hat, but i use this book to calm myself and gain composure. if you havent heard of it, it is on oprah's book club list and she had the author on her show. i use this paraphrase as my mantra: "When you visualize then you materialize". "The reason visualization is so powerful is because as you create pictures in your mind of seeing yourself with what it is you want, you are generating thoughts and feelings of having it now".... OH MY GAWD... FANTASTIC!!!! that is why it is important to have a picture of what it is you want to guide your thoughts and visualizations!!
GET THE BOOK!!!! it is small and reads only 184 pages.
