A twinless twins journey to sanity

Hello to all. I know it has been a while since I have posted, but I have been very busy. Since joining EF last year, my life has done a complete 180! My goals to get on that stage have changed a little bit, I am still navigating that in my dreams, but there is so much more to talk about! Below are some of the things that are going on with me, my loss of Stacey and my successes in life in general. THANK YOU ALL FOR HELPING ME MOVE FORWARD!

My story is currently in Twins Magazine, Page 38, April edition ( http://www.twinsmagazine.com/sites/default/files/Spring Printed Issue 2010_TOC.pdf. ) Written by Emilia Z Rak, my dear friend. You will have to purchase the online electronic version to read it. I am getting a hard copy to scan and post at a later date.

I am also going to me on a 2 part radio show called Twin Talk, with Dr. Mercy Runyun April 30th at 11am and May 6th at 11am. World Talk Radio - Twin Talk
You will be able to hear my story, told by me and how I am moving forward and living a healthy lifestyle with diet and exercise. The first show is about me being gay and stacey being straight and the second show is about how I navigated Stacey's death to where I am today.

My story is compelling and I am telling everyone that will listen to the signs and what to do if their twin is in desperation and wants to commit suicide. Twin Suicide is preventable, we just have to know the signs, if I knew them then, I would not be writting this now.

I am on Facebook, Tracey Gerald and I added Stacey Gerald too.

Life is so strange, when I first joined EF I was lost, but I have found a way, a way without my beautiful twin, a way of health and exercise. It has saved my life.

Courage does not always roar. Sometimes, it is the quiet voice at the
end of the day saying, "I will try again tomorrow".
Tracey (Twin to Stacey)

Im so glad for you sweetheart. its so hard to see new doors opening in our lives in times of hardship. i'm so happy for you, that you were able to let doors from your past close and use that experience to help and inspire others.:rose:
