ok..... i know, i know.... i dropped my laptop in a pool at a party. the only detail i remember is a girl dressed up like a fairy riding a little pony... ummm... thats all i will say about that.

i will update my diet journal in the morning. too much to do right now.

ohhhh... what does bump mean???

ok..... a couple of changes... first of all. i have become scale obsessed, so i am only going to weigh in every 2 weeks. i dont know what my weight is right now and i wont know for another week. its just easier for me mentally if i do that.

i am rotating my meats of ground turkey, ground chicken, salmon and tuna every other day.... look below....

todays craving: NOTHING

8am - 1 cup green tea
1 scoop nitro tech protein shake
vit-c x1000 mg
fish oil-3oo mgs

830am - 30 MINUTE CARDIO RUN ON PAVEMENT WITH SPRINT INTERVALS

10am - 4 egg whts/1/2 cup oats
1 cup green tea
vit-c x1000 mg, multi-vit, fish oil-300mgs, B-12,

1230pm - 4 oz tuna/1/2 cup brown rice/1 cup brocc on M, W and FRI......4 oz grnd chicken on T, TH, SAT and SUN

1pm - NO GYM TODAY

230pm - 1 scoop nitro tech protein shake
flax seed
vit c x1000mg
potassium
fish oil-300mgs
1 cup green tea

430pm - 4 egg whts/yogurt/ezekiel bread

730pm - 4 oz grnd turkey/1 cup brocc on M, W and FRI..........4 oz salmon/1 cup brocc on T, TH, SAT and SUN

protein=140
carbs=151
total calories= 1350

I'm still curious as to my question, which is why is your diet void of any heart healthy fats? With the exception of the every other day salmon?

But anyways, glad to have you back around! :)

hey shannon... well.. i thought i was getting enough in my tuna and salmon. i am also taking 3x 300mg omega-3s fish oil tabs a day... for a total of 900 mgs a day.

what do i need to add?
 
I want to hear more about this party. I read some article where a woman should weigh herself every day in order to see if she's slipping.... it's like WTF, between what time of the month it is, water weight, and bowel movements you can weigh more or less several hours throughout the day. It'll drive you crazy!!! I don't weigh myself at all, and I should but I just don't want to get wrapped up in a number right now.

What do you do with the ground turkey?

hey girl!!! the pool party... well.... ummmm... i woke up with a tatoo of my friends mothers face on my left buttock.... it was bad!!!

and the weigh thing, i am just gonna do it every 2 weeks for progress. it is making me nuts.

i buy the ground turkey from the store (already ground) and i throw it on my george forman grill. just a little spray of pam. thats it... and its goud!!!!! i love your default logo... "im with stupid" hehe
