Found it in an Ironman mag when i was in high school. Gained a lot of strength off it and and a lot of size.
Looked like this:
M, W, F:
Bench press
Bent over rows
Squats
SLDL
T, Th:
Military Press
Barbell curls
I used to do like 3 sets per excerise to failure....6-8 reps. Got really strong with this.
